Yes. Our jewellery is anti-tarnish and crafted using PVD plating on stainless steel, which offers higher durability, long-lasting shine, and better resistance to fading—perfect for everyday wear.

2. How can I place an order with BTS?

All orders can be placed directly through our official website. Simply select your pieces, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

​

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

4. What are the shipping charges?

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1500

• For orders below ₹1500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 is charged depending on your location

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

Replacements or refunds are offered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacements are subject to stock availability.
