• Orders will be processed once full payment has been received.

• We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and payment gateways listed at checkout.

• Beyond The Shine reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines are 4–7 business days within India. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics are not our responsibility.

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

• Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly; we are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used jewellery cannot be returned.

• To request a return, email us at support@shopbts.in with photos and order details.
