As a growing brand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or styling expectations.
Replacements or refunds are offered only in genuine cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
Complaints will be accepted only under the following conditions:

Product received in a damaged condition (during transit)

Manufacturing defects (such as broken clasp or stone detachment)

Incorrect product received
Important:
All issues must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order. Requests raised after this timeframe will not be considered.
Refund Details

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

Shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be borne by Beyond the Shine.
Beyond the Shine reserves the right to decline any replacement or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
